The Crawford Bay School Parent Advisory Council (PAC) meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 pm in the school library.

PAC members have identified three areas of focus: a dedicated Hot Lunch Program, supporting student trip opportunities, sports, arts and music programming. These initiatives receive annual funding of well over $2000 per school year. The PAC raises this money by writing grants, hosting concessions at school events, partnering with the Youth Group on a Spring Market, selling grocery cards, and other creative ways to build community while supporting healthy food and great learning.

Together, we make a difference through PAC by enhancing opportunities for our children’s education, making connections, sharing ideas, and being part of the vision for our great school.  This is an open invitation to all parents to bring any suggestions, wonders, dreams, or needs for fundraising to your PAC. We gladly receive any proposals and will bring them forward to the rest of the school parents.

Please come to our meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.  The principal joins the meetings to share and collaborate, so it is a terrific way to get to know the big picture.   The agenda and minutes are sent out ahead, along with a link to join online if you can't be there in person.   You can email PAC at cbess.pac@gmail.com for info or ideas on how to get involved.  Childcare is available, just let PAC know ahead of time.
