Crawford Bay School Supplies and Fees 2024-2025
For all students to have what they need in the most cost-effective and equitable way possible, we purchase most supplies for our students. Your fees cover much of what we purchase.
Fees:
- Kindergarten to grade six: $40 per child
- Grades 7 to 12: $20 per child
- up to a maximum of $100 per family.
- Please bring a cheque or cash to the office in the first week of school. All supplies are purchased by the school other than the items below.

Supplies to be provided by parents:
Grades K to 6:
- Comfortable backpack big enough to have a sweater, library books, snacks/lunch – please label items
- Water bottle- with your child’s name on it
- Indoor running shoes (with Velcro if your child cannot yet tie their shoes) yes – label these too!
- For primary students, please send a simple change of clothes, i.e. sweatpants and shirt.
All other supplies will be purchased by the school.
Grades 7-12
- Binders with dividers (2 or 3)
- Package of lined binder paper (500 sheets)
- Pencils, erasers, pens
- Pencil case or bag (or large Ziploc bag)
- Highlighters
- Ruler and sticky notes if you like
- Pair of scissors
- Pair of running shoes (For gym and indoor use only)
- PE strip (shorts, T-shirt)
- Water bottle
- Combination lock for locker (not mandatory, and the school can provide one for a fee if you like.
