The Crawford Bay PAC Hot Lunch Program has been in operation since 2004 serving children healthy, nutritious hot lunch for a minimal cost. Lunches offer a full salad bar, soup, and hot entree and is available Monday- Thursday (except on Holidays & ProD days).  

Hot Lunch Chef/Manager and many dedicated volunteers run the Hot Lunch Program through regular fundraising, donations, food budgeting, income from meal fees, and subsidization given by the School when requested by parents. The hot lunch program is also working with the Farm to School program.

$6/ meal Grade 8-12

$8/ meal Staff

$10/ meal Parents/Guardian

$12/ meal Community Members

Payment can be made via etransfer ( cbess.hotlunch@gmail.com ) or cash/cheque at the school office.

Subsidies through CBESS: Subsidies are available for families who might need a bit of help. The school is given money to help support us all and we want every child to be able to access Hot Lunch. If you need a subsidization feel free to talk to Principal at 250.227.9218 to request assistance, whether it be for a few days, weeks, or months.

Volunteers Wanted: We are looking for volunteers to help out in the kitchen. If you are interested in working as much as once per week, or as infrequently as every now and then and for just 2 hours or up to 4 hours, we will gratefully and gladly take you up on that.
